Cross-head suport Trolley

Jai Laxmi Tool & Components supplies different types of trolleys for the support and handling of the extrusion heads.

Their function is to obtain a correct alignment of the head with the wire axis, they are all adjustable in height and generally mobile, so as to facilitate installation on the extrusion line.

On each trolley it is possible to install an electrical panel on the machine for the complete wiring of the resistances and also integrated support systems for the extraction of the conveyors.

We also produce trolleys for catenary lines (CV Line), generally with a fixed base, equipped with head support with adjustable angle system.
