Bypass System & Color changing system
Jai Laxmi Tool & Components manufactures different models of by-pass modules to be installed on the extrusion heads. The by-pass module has a rotating purge valve inside which allows the flow to be diverted. This accessory is installed between the extruder flange and the head body. This system allows to temporarily exclude the compound in the head to allow the change of molds or the restoration of the conductor wire without completely stopping the extruder. It allows a quick restart of production and a considerable saving on downtime.

Jai Laxmi Tool & Components manufactures color changing system. Inside it has a rotary valve that diverts the flow of each extruder in the direction of the head or in the direction of purge. This system considerably reduces the time of color change on the lines or on the skin between one production and the next. It allows a quick restart of production and a considerable saving on downtime.
